Mental health challenges such as stress, anxiety, emotional overload, and decision fatigue often stem from internal confusion and cognitive overload. This webinar introduces Mappineering Mental Wellness, a practical, visual approach that uses mind mapping to help individuals organize thoughts, clarify identity, and regulate emotions more effectively.
Participants will learn how mind mapping supports mental wellness by engaging whole-brain thinking, reducing overwhelm, and creating visual clarity around emotions, stressors, values, and goals. The session will demonstrate how practitioners can use mind mapping as a supportive tool with clients to improve self-awareness, emotional regulation, stress management, and personal alignment.
This training offers practical strategies social workers and mental health professionals can integrate into clinical, school, community, and organizational settings to support clients in navigating complexity, restoring clarity, and improving overall well-being.
