Join Jessica Gray for a practical and interactive session on how to make mental health education accessible, engaging, and impactful. Through games, reflection exercises, and quick check-ins, participants will experience how to help students connect with their own experiences, practice coping tools, and feel supported. This session also emphasizes the importance of relationships across campus in creating a culture of care and building a safety net where every student can thrive.

Objectives:

  1. Equip professionals with practical methods to normalize therapy and mental health support in student communities.
  2. Provide tangible approaches, such as quick check-in models, that can be applied in daily interactions.
  3. Strengthen participants’ ability to foster resilience and connection across students, faculty, and staff.
