Michigan Submits Dual-Eligible “Care Bridge” Proposal to Feds

In early September, Michigan’s Department of Community Health submitted a proposal to the federal government for how a “care bridge” between mental health and non-mental health providers and managers would work. This is a supplement to the state’s previous proposal to the federal government for a 3-year integrated care demonstration project for about 200,000 state residents enrolled in both Medicaid and Medicare.
